Rotary Vacuum Flash Evaporator
(Universal / Vertical / Horizontal Type)
It consists of an evaporating flask rotated by heavy
duty motor in a heating water bath. Fitted with a speed regulator for
minor speed adjustment. The condenser is fitted with standard joint and
a receiving flask at the bottom. Vacuum distillation of solvent at high
and low temperature is achieved quiCkly with the system that prevents
foaming and bumping of the liquid. Pear shaped (Kjeldahl) evaporating
flask of capacity 800 ml for maintaining large surface area of
evaporation which is clamped into a glass duct. A receiving flask of
capacity 1 Ltr. is fitted with ball joint. The whole unit is fitted
with support stand with jack arrangement of S5. rod for positioning
glass assembly. A water bath of either Thermostatically controlled or
Digitally controlled double walled water bath is also provided fitted
on a jack having rack and pinion system for easy up and down movement
of the bath.
Both Diagonal & Vertical model is available.
Accessories for above:
A) Oil free portable Diaphragm type or Rotary Oil sealed high vacuum pump, direct drive.
B) liquid/water circulator chiller.
