In response to the Indian Railways need for a Packaged AC unit that was light weight, reliable, durable, high on cooling, low on energy consumption, easy and quick to install and replace with lower maintenance cost, we designed and built the trend setting roof mounted Packaged AC unit for the first time in India, in a record time.
We have since installed more than 1200 units to the Indian Railway for their prestigious trains such as Palace on Wheels (India's Orient Express), Rajdhani Express, Shatabdi Express, Andhra Pradesh Express and Apoorva Express. We hold 80% of the Indian Railways airconditioning business.

These units have been tested at the National Aerospace Laboratory, Bangalore, confirm to International Electrical Consumers (IEC-77) quality standards, Research, Design & Standards Organisation (RDSO) and Ministry of Railways benchmarks. High Static Pressure of 60 WG air cooled, twin compressor for 50 degree centigrade ambient operation are hermetically sealed to deliver 7.0 TR.

HIGH SAVINGS: Light Weight, saves fuel for hauling, weight 700 X 2 Kgs as compared to 2700 Kgs for conventional AC unit. Saves more than Rs. 20,000 per year per coach in diesel fuel cost.

ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY: Uses a small quantity (3 kgs) of the more environment friendly Refrigerant 22.
