The active ingredient in Prospan Cough Syrup is dried Ivy Leaf Extract. It relieves a sore throat, cough, and phlegm and is sugar-free. It works as a mucolytic, spasmolytic and cough suppressant. Prospan syrup contains ivy, which helps to cure bronchitis and other inflammatory bronchial disorders. Has a Pneumoactive composition, which liquefies mucus, relieves coughing, reduces inflammation, and allows you to breathe easily.
Directions for use/dosage: - One teaspoonful (5ml) three times daily for newborns and small children (1-5 years).

- Two teaspoonfuls for children (5-12 years) (10ml) 3 times each day
- For adults (over the age of 12): two to three teaspoonfuls (10-15ml) Storage three times a day Store at a temperature of fewer than 25 degrees Celsius.
