Key Features
The equipment is designed to test and record the opening and closing moment of Floor Spring continuously in both directions from 0 degrees to 180 degrees opening and from 0 degrees to -180 degrees opening.
Floor spring is installed on the test door.
The servo motor opens the test door from 0A to the maximum opening angle of 180A at a speed of 1A /s, and records the opening force and opening degree during the process.
Then, the motor reverses and slowly releases the door leaf, and the door closes from 180A to 0A under the action of the door closer. Records the closing force and degree of the closing process.
The opening/closing process generates a "force vs angle" curve (as shown in Figure 1).
Calculates the data and generates the performance test report of closing force value according to EN 1154:1997+A1:2006, ANSI/BHMA A156.4:2019 (As shown in Figure 1), and test method and report for QBT2698-2016.
Set another open direction and repeat the test.
