Pe/xlpe Insulated Overhead Abc Cable

We are involved in manufacturing, exporting and supplying of PE/XLPE Insulated Overhead ABC Cable. These are Primarily used for overhead service applications such as street lighting,outdoor lighting,and temporary service for construction. To be used at votages of 600V phase-to-phase or less and at conductor temperatures not to exceed 75a for polyethylence insulated conductors or 90a for crossliked polyethylene(XLPE) insulated conductors.
a Service drop cable meets or exceeds the following specifications:
1,Aluminum Wire,1350-H19 for Electrical Purposes.
2,Aluminum Conductors, Concentric-Lay-Stranded.
3,Aluminum conductor, Concentric-Lay-Stranded,Coated Steel Reinforced (ACSR).
4,Concentric-Lay-Stranded 6201 a T81 Conductors
5,Service drop cable meets or exceeds all applicable requirements of ANSI/ICEA S-76-474.

Max.permissible continuous temperature:
PVC, PE insulated aerial cable: 70A c
XLPE insulated aerial cable: 90A c
Max. short-circuit temperature of the conductor should not exceed:
PVC insulated aerial cable: 160A c
PE insulated aerial cable: 130A c
XLPE insulated aerial cable: 250A c
The bending radius of cable are recommend as follows:
When the diameter of cable is less than 25: not less than 4 times the diameter of cable;
When the diameter of cable is not less than 25: not less than 6 times the diameter of cable;
When the cables use in alternating current system, rated voltage of cables should be at least equal to the rated voltage.
