Tire Slitter: This machine cuts tires into smaller strips or chunks to make the tires easier to further process and recycle. It uses a rotating blade or shearing device to make the cuts. The size and shape of the cutter can be adjusted as required to suit different types of tires.

Tire Wire Removal Machine: This equipment is used to separate steel wire from the carcass of a tire, allowing the steel wire and rubber to be recycled separately. It usually employs mechanical squeezing or friction to separate the steel wire from the rubber while maintaining the integrity of the wire.

Tire Chopper: This equipment cuts tires into smaller segments that can be used for further crushing or directly as rubber filler material. It achieves precise cutting of tires using fixed blades and moving cutting platforms or rotating cutting knives.
