Cnc Cutting Machines 

In CNC cutting machine, a capacitive height control system maintains a very accurate distance between the end of the nozzle and the plate that is being cut. This machine usually uses optics, an assisting gas, and a guidance system to direct and focus the beam into the work piece.  In CNC cutting machine, a computerized digital programme is often used to control, automate, and monitor the movements of a machine. The cutter head is moved over the metal, wood or glass plate in the shape of the desired part and hence cuts the part out of the plate.

Computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines serve the purpose of cutting various items, products and objects for industrial and commercial purposes. Though each machine has some different mechanisms, they have one common purpose and that is to cut through items and products that are difficult to cut with normal cutters and they always require some specialized machine for cutting. Wood cutting machine and glass cutting machines contain different engineering mechanics but both work to cut the respective objects.

Types of CNC Cutting Machines:

Conventional Technologies:

• Drills: These operate by spinning a drill bit and cutting it into a block of stock material.
• Lathes: They spin the stock material against the drill and cutting into the block.
• Milling Machines: These machines revolve cutting tools for removing material from the block. 

Novel Technologies:

• Electrical Machining: This contains specialized technology that is used for mass production.
• Other Mediums: This CNC machine used for water-jet cutting, plasma cutting machines, and laser cutting machines. 

Some specific example of machines are: CNC glass cutting machine, CNC water jet cutting machine, CNC wood cutting machine, CNC profile cutting machine,  CNC plasma cutting machine, CNC band saw cutting machine and CNC bangle cutting machine.
