New Coat Azc-200

Our firm is offering a wide range of New Coat AZC-200 to our highly valued clients. Ammonium Zirconium Carbonate is used to provide water resistance/protection to coated paper and board that will be used for printing NEW COAT AZC-200 is highly reactive. Because of this, it reacts so rapidly, that when the coated paper/ board reaches the end of the paper machine, the reaction is finished, and the product is ready for sale. With NEW COAT AZC-200 there is no need to put newly made material into store until the material is cured.

Method of Application:
Because the material is so reactive, it is very important that it is used correctly. The two most important rules when using this product are as follows
1.Ensure that the coating mix has pH within the range 7.5 ~ 10
2.Ensure that NEW COAT AZC-200 is the last component to be added
