Multifunction Pipe And Fittings Fitting-up Station

We are involved in manufacturing, exporting and supplying of Multifunction Pipe And Fittings Fitting-Up Station from Nanjing, Jiangsu, China. This is designed for pipe and fittings butt seam fitting up, used for piping/ pipe spool fabrication in offshore modular, LNG facilities, refinery or petrochemical facilities.

Multifunction Pipe and fittings Fitting-up Station consist of flange fitting up machine, multifunctional fitting up machine and pipe supporting carriage.

The Multi-function Fitting-up Station can do motorized adjustment such as up/down, left/right, forward/backward. The flange fitting-up machine is movable along the guide rail, and is able to adjust manually up/down, the flange chuck is rotatable to balance the misalignment of joint.

After fitting-up process, the tacking welding will be done in the fitting up station, the tacked spools can be lifted to automatic welding station.
