Description

MH500 series electro-hydraulic servo system is developed on the basis of in-depth research on injection molding machine technological process and parameters. It adopts control software algorithm to meet the particular technical demand of injection molding machine so as to increase the energy efficiency of the machine and ensure the high precision of plastic products. It feature excellent energy-saving effect and quick response depending on many distinctive technologies, such as PQ decoupling control plan, multi-step PID control, multi-pump combined algorithm and dual-displacement plunger pump. Considering injection molding machines vary in model, quantity of flow and tonnage, H500 series electro-hydraulic servo system offers four solutions to meet the requirements of users, i.e. single pump control system, multi-pump combined control system, multi-pump compound control system and multi-pump multi-mode control system. 1. Depending on the combination of servo motor and variable displacement pump, its power consumption is 20%~80% lower than that of traditional asynchronous motor;
