Kinway Technologies ML500 rapier loom main shaft servo (also known as super motor) uses permanent magnetic synchronous motor specifically developed for starting and stopping working condition of loom, which has the characteristics of correct orientation, quick start-up and convenient speed regulation. Comparing with original mechanical transmission system, it saves reduction gear box, and simplifies mechanical transmission level, meanwhile, it also reduces the malfunction generated due to mechanical tear and wear, and improves the reliability of the system, which can save energy by 10%~20% than conventional asynchronous motor system, and meet the requirements of upgrading rapier loom.

Features

1. Main shaft of the loom uses servo motor direct driving pattern, comparing with asynchronous motor, it simplifies mechanical transmission level, and reduces the malfunctions generated due to mechanical tear and wear and improves the reliability of the system;

2. The servo is specifically designed for starting and stopping working situation of the loom, and overload capacity is more than 5 times, and it can save energy more than 30% than conventional system;
