Mf Series Homogenizing Silo

MF Series of Homogenizing Silo is extremely low power consumption, good homogenizing effect, high efficiency and energy saving, low infrastructure investment, easy operation and management, etc.

Raw materials of MF Silo are unloaded in the silo through distributor and 6 chutes that are radial, basically forming the level material layer. The bottom of MF homogenized silo is cone-shaped, and is slightly tilted in the center. There is a central mixing room in the center. The silo bottom which is between the center room and silo wall, is divided into 6 to 14 inflatable districts. There are 3 inflatable chutes and 1 dumping holes in every district.

When discharging, it inflates air for the two relative areas in turn. It appears multi-hopper depression on the upper part of the discharge door, and the hopper is formed into one rank along the diameter, revolving the angle with the change of inflating, then not only producing the gravity mixing, but after the raw materials are discharged in the center room from the silo bottom. The bottom of the center room is continuously inflated, making the raw materials homogenized again.
