Working Principles:
The working principle is the raw materials in the top of silo are scattered evenly by eight chutes, and during different periods, the raw material are scattered sideways. The inflatable system on the bottom of silo is designed accords with fluidity of the raw material aerated. The structure of the system is scattered oblique and radial. The ring area is divided into 8 parts, and they are aerated every 5-10 minutes in turn. The raw materials in aerating area are loose and be sent to the center area by airflow. materials in different floor are cut vertically to achieve to averaging, then the materials in center area are mixed and averaged by the airflow, so as to achieve the desired effect of averaging. The rate can reach 15, and power consumption will be limited from 0.1-0.3kwh/t.
