Makino-a51-nx Cnc Horizontal Machine - Feature: Low Energy Consumption

Spearmark Engineering Private Limited is an SME located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. We have 35+ years of experience in manufacturing sector with domestic and export customers.

 

There are 2 manufacturing divisions - Hydraulic cylinders and a Machine Shop.

 

In hydraulic cylinder division, we manufacture honed and burnished Steel Hydraulic Cylinders used for Double-Acting and Single-Acting actuations. The cylinders are used in hydraulic rack and pinion power steering systems of passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. The manufacturing process involves 33 stages including tube-cutting, CNC facing and turning, drilling, projection welding, MIG welding, ball-pressing, honing and roller burnishing.

 

In the Machine Shop, we have an assortment of 3 HMC s (Horizontal Machining Centers), 6 VMC s (Vertical Machining Centers) and 4 CNC s (Turning Centers) to machine cast-iron housings and sub-parts used in heavy vehicle steering gear boxes. In large housings, 150-200 dimensions of tight tolerances are machined per part and in small parts, 70-100 dimensions are machined per part.
