Chromophores in the skin lesion absorb lasera s energy and blow up. some framents of chromophores bounce out of skin. The other are splited into particles that can be swallowed and digested by macrophages, finally they are transported to out of body bylymph circuIation system. Normal skin out side of lesion is well because it do not absorb lasera s energy.
