It is mainly composed of vacuum or reflex deaerator, mixing ratio device, injection type carbonator, cooler, finished products tank, machine frame, electrical control, etc. Auto-control system is made up of pressure auto-control system, liquid level auto-control system, temperature auto-control system and machine running electric auto-control system.
Running principle: sterile water enters into distribution trough of deoxidizing tank via pipe orifice plate, evenly spouting embedded plate cooler to pre-cool and deoxidize, then enters into water tank by water pump, while syrup enters into syrup tank via pipe orifice plate. Water and syrup separately enters into mixing tank via scale valve and mixing valve after mixed as demands, and then pumped to finished products tank by mixing pump. Material is carbonized before entering into finished products tank, that is, inject CO2 into material. The quantity of CO2 injected to material is controlled by flow control valve. If needed, booster pump can start to convey finished products to the filler.
