It is mainly composed of vacuum degasser, injection type aerator, cooler, finished product tank, machine frame, electric control, etc. Auto-control system is made up of pressure auto-control system, liquid level auto-control system, temperature auto-control system and machine running electric auto-control system. Superior materials and fine manufacturing, and parts which contact with beverage adopt high quality stainless steel, finely polished, completely in accordance with demands of food hygiene.
Running principle: sterile water enters into deoxidizing tank by spouting nozzle via pipe orifice plate for vacuumization, and then pumped by water pump to finished product tank via external plate cooler and relay pump.
Material is injected O2/CO2, etc. before entering into finished product tank. The quantity of O2/CO2, etc. is controlled by flow control valve. Finished product is sent to filler with some pressure.
