Features:-
1. Fully hydraulic drive is adopted. All hydraulic pumps, electro-hydraulic proportional valves and other hydraulic components are imported.
3. Tilt speed is stepless regulated in the range of 4A /Si 8A /S and can be set up within tilt range, multi-rotating speed segments satisfy different casting processes.
4. Man-machine interface (MHI), realtime display of status and input via menu are adopted. Multiple sets of technological parameters can be pre-set.
5. The complete machine is applicable to operate at ambient temperatures 0~40a and in environment with sand dust and splash of high-temperature metals.
6. Two interfaces for pull-out block splash cylinder are preserved.
7. Installation and replacement of moulds are convenient.
