Advantage of HMPS Over Monoblock Pumps

HMPS	Monoblock
This requires only size of piep thus reduction in cost of Suction Pipe.	Monobloc Pump requires two different size of Pipeline i.e. Suction & Delivery
Priming is not at all required before starting.	Priming is required before Starting.
Footvalve is not needed and since the pump is submerged in water so continuous flow of water is assured.	Footvalve is must and due to dust & leakage in Suction Pipe line flow of water is affected.
Since this is installed at the bottom of the well/tank. Its performance does not affect due to change in water level.	Since the Suction capacity is limited Monoblock requires shifting due to change in water level.
Pilferage is not possible.	There is every possibility of pilferage of Monoblock.
No maintenance required, as bearings are water lubricated and motor is water cooled which increases the life of motor.	More maintenance is required because there are chances of buring of motor.
Pump house is not required	Pump hosue is required.
