i Construction of inner chamber made of ceramic shell having a thickness of minimum 50mm
i Construction of outer body shall be made of SS (304 grade) having minimum 1.0 mm thickness. Outer side shall be finished with Powder coating Texture finish. The support angle on all corners shall be made of heavy angle iron.
i Insulation between inner chamber (1) Inner chambers shall be surrounded by vacuum board (minimum 50 mm thick) and followed by ceramic fiber blanket (minimum 150 mm thick). (2) Bottom and rear side of the muffle shall be packed with heat treated refractory bricks.(3) There shall be a provision for Vent (minimum 6mm dia SS tube) to expel the burned gas from the muffle.
i Construction of door (1) Outer body shall be made of SS (304 grade) having minimum 1.0 mm thickness. Outer side shall be finished with Powder coating Texture finish.(2) inner side of SS sheet of door shall be insulated with ceramic fiber blanket (minimum 150 mm thick) followed by vacuum board (minimum 50 mm thick) and the inner side shall be well packed with ceramic plate (minimum 10 mm thick). (3) The door to be mounted on heavy duty hinges in the front and necessary locking arrangements shall be provided.
i Control panel A control panel with necessary regulating and controlling system along with the following shall be provided.
(i) Thyristor enabled PID controller having precision temperature sensor with an accuracy of A 0.5%. (ii) VAF meter (iii) Indication lamps- 4 Noa s (iv) Main isolation switch (MCB) (v) on/off Switch L&T -2 Noa s
i Heating System (Minimum 4 Noa s) of Silicon Carbide heating elements (Fabricated in muffle furnace)
