High Speed Dispersion Mixer
High Speed Dispersion Mixer is a high-efficiency multifunctional mixer.
Working capacity range can be designed from 2L to 2000L, the most popular capacity of lab is 5L and production is 1100L.
Power is designed different according to viscosity of materials. It has 3-4 different stirrers inside of vessel, including one low-speed stirrer revolving around vessel axis, and the other 2-3 high-speed stirrers rotating around its own axis at different high speeds to achieve complicated movement of strong shearing and kneading for materials inside of vessel. The E-shaped scraper inside of the equipment revolves around the vessel axis, scraping the materials adhering to wall and bottom for ideal mixing effect. The equipment is well sealed, with vacuum function, has excellent exhaust and bubble removal effect. Vessel cover can be hydraulically lifted, and vessel body can be move freely for operation easily.
It can be used for many industries including silicone sealant, PU sealant, adhesive, cosmetics, chemical products, battery, foodstuff, pharmacy and plastic industries etc.
