Large Planetary Mixer with Dispersion is a no-dead-spot power mixing and dispersion equipment.

Working capacity range can be designed from 100L to 2000L, the most popular capacity is 1100L.

It is designed with double mixing shafts to do movement of revolution and rotation, meanwhile with a high speed dispersion shaft, it has two layer discs to do high speed dispersion. It has strong shearing and kneading function. An automatic wall scraper mechanism is designed inside of vessel, which continuously scrapes the materials adhering to the wall. Vessel jacket can be designed with heating or cooling function according customers requirements.

The equipment is well sealed, with vacuum function, has excellent exhaust and bubble removal effect. Vessel cover can be hydraulically lifted, and vessel body can be move freely for operation easily.

It can be used for many industries including silicone sealant, PU sealant, adhesive, cosmetics, chemical products, battery, foodstuff, pharmacy and plastic industries etc.
