It is designed with two high speed dispersion shafts, they have two-layer dispersion discs to do high speed mixing. It has strong shearing and kneading function. Meanwhile one low speed mixing shaft is also available. 3. Vessel jacket can be designed with heating or cooling function according customer requirements. 4. The equipment is well sealed, with vacuum function, has excellent exhaust and bubble removal effect. 5. Material of the part contacting with material is 304 stainless steel. 6. Structure: gantry type structure. It can be used for many industries including silicone sealant, PU sealant, adhesive, cosmetics, chemical products, battery material, foodstuff, pharmacy and plastic industries etc. More different capacity are available for customer choice.
