GPW welding system uses welding method which is widely used in rebar concrete structure building. It directly press the raw material before heat melting to connect oxy-acetylene gas junction part fixed on both sides of rebars. The strength of junction part is stronger than that of raw material. It is a more economic splice method compared with lap splice and mechanical splice.

Operation instruction:-
1-Light up the fire and adjust it to neutral flame, the length of flame core should be 15mm;
2-Start melting
3-When melting two rebar ends, there are some molten drops dripping, the rebar ends are raising like coniform, then start pressing;
4-Finish connecting
