Operation flow
1-inserting two unconnected bars into a special connecting sleeve
2-using hydraulic tool to press sleeves in radial direction
3-when sleeves occur plastic deformation, making sleevesa inner wall embed the grooves of rebarsa crossed ribs
4-realizing connection of two bars.
5-during the operation flow, axial force that the rebar bears is mainly exerted in rebar ribs and the shear force between sleeves passes after deformation.
