Furnace Fume Extraction Systems

These Furnace Fume Extraction Systems are installed to capture the fumes & unburnt particles of material which is generated during melting and other various processes. The system consists of suction hoods, swivel hood for standby furnace, hood required during pouring and other types of hood required at different processes with ductings & butterfly dampers. Centrifugal ID fan is also provided as a part of the Fume Extraction system (FES).

Our furnace fume extraction systems are capable of Archiving any environmental norms & emission limits of Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB / MPCB / CPCB) / Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB). We have alos installaed systems out of India Where Environmental Norms are too Stringent.
