We are offering our customers a wide range of Cyclones. The heavier dust is separated from the air by centrifugal action and is deposited in the barrel or hopper. And clean gas goes out from outlet tube. Designing a Cyclone is a state-of-the-art technique.
Certain application parameters are to be considered while designing the cyclone like inlet dust load, velocity of air, characteristics of dust, avg. particle size distribution.
Some Important issues like outlet tube inside the cyclone, cylindrical portion, conical portion etc. plays an important part in deciding the performance of the cyclone.
Proper examination of all these gives a high separation of dust, good product recovery and very low emission levels, which is not possible in conventional designs of cyclones.
