Sea Urchins are bottom feeding a echinodermsa that are found in every ocean around the world. The urchins that we process, Loxechinus albus are covered with short to long spines. The diameter of the shell can get up to 15 cms. and weight 500 grs. Malaysi Sea Urchins are found off the coast usually in about 70 meterst of water in kelp beds.
