Construction Details

Frame: Fabricated from 1.2 mm to 1.6 mm thick GI/GP sheet, designed for superior strength and durability.

Door Leaf: Manufactured from 0.8 mm to 1.2 mm thick GI/GP sheet with mechanically interlocked edges for enhanced rigidity.

Infill Material: High-density mineral wool (96 Kg/m) provides excellent thermal insulation and fire resistance.

Vision Panel (Optional): Maximum size 280 mm x 720 mm x 6 mm fire-rated glass.

Edge Construction: Mechanically interlocked face sheets with interlocked edges for structural stability.

Top Channel: Flush as standard.

Bottom Channel: Inverted channel (optional).

Hinge Reinforcement: Steel plate reinforcement for full mortise-type hinges.
