Dremz Lite cream is a synergistic approach to combat Melasma. All three agents are having de-pigmenting effects and anti-inflammatory action. Hydroquinone is one of the known de-pigmenting agents whereas both tretinoin and Mometasone have been shown to have de-pigmenting qualities as secondary effects. Hydroquinoneis a bleaching agent which is considered the gold standard treatment in treating Melasma. It works by stopping the production of melanin pigment. Tretinoin Is works by helping the hydroquinone penetrate into the skin as well has having its own effect on breaking up the pigment or dark color. Mometasone has potent anti-inflammatory actions and also suppresses the immune response.
