Verifix-d Tablet

We are completely involved in manufacturing and supplying of Verifix-D Tablet in New Delhi, Delhi, India. Cinnarizineis 1-benzhydryl-4-cinnamyl-piperazine. Domperidone is 6-chloro-3-[1-[3-(2-oxo-3H-benzimidazol-1-yl) propyl] piperidin-4-yl]-1H-benzimidazol-2-one. Cinnarizine has Ca channel blocking activity selective for arterial smooth muscles. It has some antihistamine activity. Cinnarizine acts as a labyrinthine sedative. It also improves microcirculation by reducing ischaemia-induced blood viscosity. Domperidone is a peripheral dopamine-receptor blocker. It increases both the oesophageal peristalsis and the lower oesophageal sphincter pressure. It also increases gastric motility and peristalsis, and enhances gastro duodenal coordination, thus facilitating gastric emptying and decreasing small bowel transit time.

Indications: Verifix-D is indicated in Motion Sickness, Migraine.

Dosage: Verifix-D1 tab taken 1-2 hr before travel and 1 tab every 6 hr during journey, if necessary.

Side-Effects: The most common antihistaminic side-effect of Verifix-25 depression. Drowsiness, headache, GI upsets, unsteadiness, headache; rarely skin and hypersensitivity reactions, dry mouth, blurred vision, urinary difficulty or retention, constipation and increased gastric reflux, fatigue.

Storage Condition: Store below 250 C (77CF) and to protect from light.
Pack: Strip of 10 tablets.
