Lozicid Suspension

We are indulged in manufacturing and supplying of Lozicid Suspension in New Delhi, Delhi, India. Magaldrateis a chemical combination of aluminum and magnesium hydroxides and sulfate. Simethicone a-(Trimethylsilyl)-w-methylpoly [oxy (dimethylsilylene)], mixture with silicon dioxide. Mechanism of action:Magaldrate and Simethicone Suspension is an antacid and antiflatulent combination. The antacid works by neutralizing stomach acid and increasing the pH of the stomach. The antiflatulent works by breaking up gas bubbles, which makes gas easier to eliminate.These are basic substances which neutralize gastric acid and raise pH of gastric contents. Peptic activity is indirectly reduced if the pH rises above 4. Antacids do not decrease acid production. Indication: Lozicidis indicated in Relief and in gastro esophageal reflux Dyspepsia, gastritis, hyperacidity associated with peptic ulcer, heartburn, gastric hyper acidity.

Dosing: Adult- 10-15ml 2-3 times a day with food.Children- Half of the adult dose.
Side Effects: Lozicid is well tolerated. However, constipation, diarrhea and intestinal pain are the most common side effects and occurs in 1 of every 50 patients who take Lozicid. Storage Condition:Store below 250 C (77CF) and to protect from light
