30b Universal Grinder

By using the relative motion between movable and fixed teeth disc, the raw materials to be crushed undertakes the comprehensive actions such as impact by teeth, friction, impact between raw materials; finally the raw materials are crushed. It is simple and solid in structure, stable in operation and high in crushed efficiency.

The crushed raw material can be discharged through the grinding chamber. Moreover, different sizes of raw materials to be crushed can be got through exchanging screen with different mesh. Model 30BV is made from stainless steel. Its inner wall is processed finely, so it is smooth and level. It overcomes the shortcomings of Model 30BIII such as roughness, and the phenomenon of powder accumulation. It makes the products of medicines, foodstuff, chemicals and so on in conformity with the requirements of state standard and meet the requirements of GMP.
