Working Principle
To move the cement through the tube the motor will provide the force going through the gear and reduce before being directed towards the screw blade. The turning action of the screw blade will induce movement of the cement. If the length that is need to be transported is more than 4m, a hanging bearing is utilised. Cement screw conveyor is usually installed at a incline in many industries but the most common one is concrete mixing station.
