Working Principle
Trough type screw conveyor uses an electric motor that is connected to a reducer unit and also a gear. The force provided will be used to turn the screw blade. A screw conveyor that is longer than 4m will usually have to be separated into two parts for easy shipping. To ensure efficiency of having a split design, a hanging bearing is used to ensure between the two screw blade and for ensuring seamless turning abilities od the screw blades.
