a Bottle cooler send filled and sealed bottles to the spouting zone of various temperatures by ring plastic chain, to finish heat preservation, sterilization and cooling process. Bottles can reach up to a certain low temperature in short time, to decrease maximally spoilage caused by high temperature, and remove beverage at outside surface of bottles.
a The machine and piping are made of stainless steel, equipped with removable top cover, front and back window, manhole, one-side window of wallboard, etc. which is convenient for observation, inspection and cleaning. Water cycle of each trough is independently controlled, with accurate water level and temperature control. Usually the first trough is heat preservation zone, with temperature control of +1a . Each zone is step temperature spouting, and water temperature and water flow is auto-controlled as setting. Nozzles are mist spouting head of unique technology, with even spouting, large water flow, wide area, which is good for cooling evenly and gently.
