Binder-4000 (Laser-4000)
BINDER-4000 is a self cross linking Acrylic co-polymer Emulsion having soft, durable and re-emulsion film properties with excellent thermal and' mechanical stability, which gives it superior running properties. This is. a special acrylic system which gives good wet rubbing fastness even on viscous,high twisted cotton and synthetic blends with compared to convertional Binders.

- Curing temperature: 140 c - 150 c

- BINDER-4000: 10%
- Cold water: 8%
- Emulsifier: 1 - 2% ( if required)
- Kerosene: 75 % ( if kerosene system)
- Thickening agent: 5 % (if water emulsion system) Pigment Emulsion: 3 %
- Catalyst: 1 - 2 %
- Fixer: 1 - 2 %
- BINDER-4000: 35 Kgs.
- Titanium dioxide: 25 Kgs.
- Kerosene: 10Kgs.
- Water: 7Kgs.
- Fixer: 2Kgs.
