Salient Features of Automation Cotton Belt Conveyor Plant :-
1. PER CLEANER (KODI CLEANER)
Per Cleaner cleans and removes dust, seed enhances the quality of cotton.
Note : (Without Electric motors and starter.)
2. MAIN BELT CONVEYOR LINE
It supplies the cotton brought from the Per CLEANER TO THE SUPPLIER LINE-1
3. FEEDING BELT CONVEYOR a 1
A. It supplies the cotton to the storage box fitted on each D.R
A. It supplies the cotton to the empty D.P with the help of photocell sensor
4. SUPPLIER BELT CONVEYOR
A. It takes the cotton from feeding conveyer -1 to feeding conveyer 2
5. FIDDING BELT CONVEYOR - 2
A. It supplies the cotton to the storage box fitted on each D.R.
A. It supplies the cotton to the empty D.R. with the help of photocell sensor.
6. RETURN BELT CONVEYOR
A. Brings back the access cotton to the heap.
