This hardener is mainly used to manufacture light-proof, non-discoloring, single component PU baking paint. It can also be used as additives to improve flexibility and adhesion strength. This hardener can be coexisting stably with active group containing resin for a long time at room temperature. After the solvent volatilizing with heat treatment, the properties of polyester resin, alkyd resin and acrylic resin will be improved, such as adhesion, hardeness, tenacity, solvent-tolerance, etc. It can be used as hardener for PU stoving varnish, or used as additives to improve the properties. 3175SN is single component PU baking type hardener, with properties of fastness and weather-resistant. Adding dryer(such as dibutyltin dilaurate) can help to decrease the baking temperature while the storage stability will not be affected. This product is widely apply to industrial advanced lacquer, such as eletrical equipment, small structure element, can coating, coil coating, and also apply to automotive coating primer and finishing coat.
