5 Stage Wet Scrubber

We offer to our precious customer 5 stage wet scrubber that are used for removing dust, smokes and other such particles. Following are the five stages involved in the filtration process:

1. Water filtration: Smoke is filtered using water which is mixed with the pollutant air from wherein it goes to second stage.
2. Pressure water filtration: In this stage the water comes out with a high pressure and dust, smokes and other such particles are controlled on the water tank.
3. Plastic filter: In this stage, except pollutant air is filtered using plastic filter. After which the pollution control air will come out to the atmosphere.
4. Carbon filter: This stage is for controlling the smoke, dust or gaseous substances by means of smoke absorber or carbon fitter as per clienta s requirement.
5. Control system: Dust and smoke are finally controlled in this stage and fresh air comes as outlet by control system.
