3 in 1 chemical is a liquid chemical product used for surface preparation of metals before painting. The objective of treating metals with 3 in 1 chemical, before painting is to prolong the life of paints by offering it a compatible surface to which it will be locked. 3 in 1 chemical removes oils, rust, soils, etc. And forms a phosphate coating integral with metal surface.
