2- Way Angle Type Valves

OPERATION :
A) Normally Closed - In normal position valve is closed by the spring action and the fluid pressure.When the actuator is pressurized, the piston and the plug is lifted up and the valve is open.
B) Normally Open - In normal position valve is open by the spring action and the fluid pressure. When the actuator is pressurized, the piston and the plug is lowered down and the valve is closed.

SIZE AND CONNECTION -1/2" BSP (F) / NPT (F) to 2" BS (F) / NPT (F)

PRESSURE & TEMP. RATING - as per ANSI class 300.

CONSTRUCTION - Body and Bonnet investment casted, ASTM 351 CF8 (SS304)/CF8M(SS16)
SEALING - Soft seated buna nitrile as STD. Optional - Viton, PTFE for max. operating fluid temp, up to 180i? C.

LEAKAGE - Better than class IV bubble tight, Tight shut-ff class IV in PTFE sealing as per ANSI B 16. 104, 1976.

STEM AND TRIM - SS 304 / SS 316

GLAND PACKING - Self adjusted, spring loaded PTFE v-seals and graphite wiper seals.

CHARACTERISTICS - On-Off, Normally closed, Normally open.

ACTUATOR - Spring return type Pneumatic cylinder.

BODY AND FLANGE - Aluminium - Silicon Alloy solution treated.

ACTUATOR SPRING - Spring Steel duly plated.

ACTUATOR SIGNAL PRESS - 2.5 to 6 kg/cm2
