Zinak Synthetic Enamel

We are involved in manufacturing, exporting and supplying ZINAK Synthetic Enamel based on high quality synthetic alkyd and light fast and opacifying pigment. ZINAK Synthetic Enamel is a time tested and proven. It is recommended for suitably primed wooden, masonry and metal surfaces. ZINAK Synthetic Enamel gives a hard, durable and full glossy film with smooth finish. It has a very high degree of gloss and color retention.
Recommended Usage: ZINAK Synthetic Enamel is recommended for all suitably primed and under coated interior and exterior wooden, masonry and metal surfaces, where high standard of durability is expected.

Technical Data
Coverage : On smooth non absorbent surfaces. 90 to 120 sq.fit/Ltr/coat.**
Drying Time : Surface dry: 5 hrs. Hard dry: Over night.
Gloss level : Glossy
Thinning with : 20% to 30% by volume with ZINAK GP Thinner or Mineral Turpentine Oil.
Stability of Thinned Paint : 24 to 30 Hrs.
Flash Point : Not below 30a C.
Self Life : 1 year from date of manufacture original tightly closed container away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
Recoating Period : 6 to 8 Hrs. Approximate.
Method of application : Brush, Spray or Roller.
