Ws Solar System

WS Solar System is a low-cost system with variable storage volume, the aperture area of W-50 or W-56 collector and storage volume are decided on the basis of hot water consumption per day. WS Solar system enables to transfer the heat from solar collector to the storage continuously during the day when the Sun shines.
WS solar system can provide hot water with desired temperature in the early morning, with the conventional back up energy, for instance gas, oil, steam, electric heater, etc.

APPLICATION:
WS Solar water System can be applied in locations as following:
- latitude: 0~45 degree north or south hemisphere;
- ambient temperature: >-10A C;
- output water temperature requirement from 45~80A C;
- installation angel: 0~90 degree;

W-50 and W-56 collectors use vacuum tubes in a parallel array. The collector operates using simple, natural convection principles. The colder water enters the manifold inlet (the bottom of the manifold) and leaves from the outlet (the top of the manifold) after heated by the tubes. Each collector is comprised of horizontal placed vacuum tubes placed on each side of the manifold. By controlling the flow rate water flows through the collector and get heated to the optimum temperature.
