Welding Flux (Sj301 Or Aws A5.17: F6a0-el8, F7a0-em12)

These Welding Flux (SJ301 or AWS A5.17: F6A0-EL8, F7A0-EM12) is silicon calcium netural sinter flux with basicity of 1.0, black in color and round grain shape,loose density 2.0-0.28mm(10-60mesh)
It has advantages of stable arc combustion, good slag detachablity and good appearance of weld.
Application:
Working with welding wire(H08Aa H08MnAa H08MnMoA), it can weld common steel structure, boiler steel and pipeline steel.
Conform with:AWS A5.17: F6A0-EL8,F7A0-EM12
Cautions: 1.The oil soil,moisture,iron rust and other foreign substances must be removed from the welding joint. 2.The welding flux must be baked under 300-350A C for 2 hours when affected with damp. 3.It's better to use direct current.
