The product gives cleaner shades have good durability and U.V. resistance and offers good algae & fungi resistance in normal humid climatic conditions. However it may not completely prevent the growth of black algae spots in excessive rainfall areas.Recommended UsageFamolac Weather Guard Exterior Emulsion is an exterior wall finish that can be applied on all types of exterior cement plasters exterior ceilings asbestos sheets concrete etc. This cannot be applied on roof tiles and on surfaces / substrates that are expose to continuous seepage and dampness.
