Our Waste Treatment Incinerators is a latest advance waste treatment technology in the field of waste management system, we provides sound technical solutions to combat the problem of waste disposal, whether it is simple hospital waste or complex industrial waste, converts the waste into bottom ash, the flue gases are cleaned in Scrubber or air pollution control device (APCD) to remove pollutants before they are dispersed in the atmosphere.
Our Incinerators are triple chamber incinerator with primary, secondary chamber and settling chamber to maintain temperature of minimum 850 deg C and 1050 deg C respectively and connected with scrubber and 30 Mts chimney to handle solid, liquid and gases waste, which are generated in various organizations as per PCB norms. TEXOL Incinerators having ranging capacity from 3 kgs per hour to any size as per customer requirement which is built rugged and sturdy with due mild steel IS2062 with structural support, it is lined with IS-8 refractory brick to with stand temperature up to 1500 deg C, IS-2042 insulation brick with sufficient thick and cladding with ceramic blankets.
