Unmanned Weighbridges System

SYSTEM DESCRIPTION:

1.We have considered Single directional movement of trucks on the weigh bridge and have shown 1 signal mast. ( for Bi directional add Rs 65000/-)

2. We are providing 1card reader pole so that the driver can swipe the card sitting in the truck itself without getting down. In case of non standard vehicles, the driver will have to get down and swipe the card at the card reader

3.There will be a PCa s supplied with server configuration at the Weigh Houses (in your scope), which will communicate between the weigh bridge and in LAN environment will connect to a node in the gate entrance or Stores, as the case maybe. Necessary LAN connectivity / LAN cabling / repeaters etc have to be provided by customer

4.Before a truck enters the plant, the truck details are entered in the PC at the Parking Area or the gate, and the Front image of the Truck License Plate Registration is captured using the camera installed at the Parking Area. The License plates have to be cleaned so as to capture a clear image. (Optional). Thereafter, a RFID card is allotted and the card number will be linked to the truck details in the data base and the card will be handed over to the driver.
