Performance Features
The machine has good environmental performance. It does not produce solid waste or wastewater discharge, as the system cooling water is recycled through a cooling tower. The waste gas is smoke-free, odorless, and dust-free after being treated by an electric heating organic waste gas thermal incineration device.

The machine has high safety performance as it does not produce high-pressure gas or liquid. Each thermal system has two sets of measurement and control systems for safe operation. Each heating system is insulated with flame-retardant aluminum silicate needle blankets, which are highly temperature-resistant. The insulation material withstands up to 1260A C, while actual system operating temperatures are kept within safe limits: high stirring and insulation system a 240A C, condensing evaporator a 150A C, and electric heating organic waste gas thermal incineration device a 700A C.

The machine ensures high efficiency and performance with a high degree of automation. The entire system is controlled by PLC, reducing labor costs as one person can monitor multiple sets of equipment. It has high production capacity with relatively low energy consumption. Waste Gas Treatment Instructions
Exhaust gas is generated from the high mixing body, cooling tank, and transition tank, with low-temperature exhaust gases discharged through an auger. The waste gas treatment system consists of two exhaust gas outlet pipes above the high churn cover. One pipe is fitted with a 2A -inch electromagnetic check valve, while the other pipe has a 2A -inch common check valve for controlled discharge.
