The total authorized share capital of the Indian company is 10 million INR and the paid-up capital is 5.25 million INR and for our Kenyan subsidiary- the total authorized share capital is 4,999,900 Ksh and paid up capital is 100,000 Ksh. The company was founded by Dr. Selvam Daniel and Dr. Vaishali Inamdar who are one of the pioneers in organic farming in India. Both after 15 years experience in organic certification and consultancy services in the organic industry has started Ekologie Forte Pvt. Ltd. for production, processing and marketing of organic produce in the domestic and export markets.
